The noble, authentic and flavor-rich country gathered a large professional audience of more than 500 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors from around the world in Istanbul in early September for WorldFood Istanbul 2023, the annual international food fair. For 30 years, WorldFood Istanbul has been the meeting place for international food and beverage producers.
